Concerned about offering quality services, TTY is certified in MPS.BR (Software Process Improvement).The certification is a Brazilian initiative that aims to improve software solutions and services according to internationals standards: it is compatible with the CMMI, and is in accordance with ISO / IEC 12207 and 15504.

MPS.BR is coordinated by the Society for the Promotion of Excellence in Brazilian Software (SOFTEX), with support from the Ministry of Science and Technology (MCT), the Financier of Studies and Projects (FINEP) and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).

Levels:

MPS.BR has seven maturity levels, which are parts of a continuous process improvement. Each level is composed of a group of processes. TTY is certified at Level F, which corresponds to CMMI level 2.
